It depends on what you think that loyalty will get you. It's going to make it harder for you to come into Wyver territory, but on the other hand, staying wishy-washy about it might just make both nations hate you.
I've dealt with worse. But we'll see how things go. For the time being, I'm just trying to make sure the whole city doesn't go up in flames.
What we need is a larger network to share intel with. Something that can stand on its own enough even if a few of us end up temporarily going back into stasis.
